About Me
My name is Neil Matthews and I’m a freelance WooCommerce developer. I’ve been working as a developer in the WordPress space since 2008 and with WooCommerce since 2012.
I’ve worked on a huge variety of WooCommerce project, so theme trauma, plugin problem or database dilemma I can help.
I’ve worked with more than 500 clients over the years and have completed nearly 2000 projects so I can definitely solve your WooCommerce problem. Be it new build, custom coding, security issue, product imports or troubleshooting a bug, I’ve done it all!
I’m based in the UK, but I’ve worked with clients in the US, Canada, mainland Europe, Australia and New Zealand, I’m used to working across time zones.

Do you work on all types of site?
No, I don’t work on sites that come under the three P headings they are:
- Porn – I’m not a prude but I work from home and my kids have access to my office.
- Pills – no pharma sites
- Pyramids – no multi level marketing sites
What Login Details Will You Need?
I’ll need an admin level login to work on your site.
It’s sometimes useful to have access to FTP or your hosting if I need to fix crashes
Can You Do Additional Development Work?
Of course, I offer 20% discount on all custom development work to my care plan clients.
How Do I Contact You If There Is A Site Problem?
You can email me at [email protected], or use the live chat widget on my site.
I also have a helpdesk you can raise tickets there, I’ll supply full details when you sign up.
I’ll send you an invoice after your 30 day trial is up. The every month thereafter.
You can pay that invoice via a secure online form with a credit card via Stripe.
You can setup a recurring payment if you want, but only if you want to.
No this is a month to month agreement, you can cancel at any time.
What is not covered by the support plan
I’m a WooCommerce developer so I don’t do the following:
- SEO / Marketing of your site
- Graphic design
- Editing / creating content (although I can do bulk imports)
Who Is The Support Plan Aimed At
My support plan is aimed at solopreneurs or small businesses that run WordPress sites.
Your site will have been built , but you need ongoing support.
You don’t have an in-house developer and therefore need that development support resource.
