What I’ll Do For Your Clients sites
When you sign up for my WooCommerce care plan, I’ll do the following for your site
- Fix On Fail – if anything breaks or fails on your clients sites we’ll step in to fix it; crashes, hacks, errors, conflicts, or anything that breaks on their site.
- Backups – We’ll take daily backups of the sites and secure those archives offsite on a secure cloud storage site
- Updates – We’ll update all components of your sites as updates are released, WordPress core, plugins and theme files. We’lI also fix any issues those updates introduce.
- Monitoring – We’ll monitor your client’s site for uptime and security issues, and fix any problems we spot. This means your site will be up ready to sell to customers.
- Reporting – each week we’ll send a detailed report to you and your clients on all work done
- Peace Of Mind – the outcome is peace of mind you have a team of experienced WordPress developers looking after your client’s site.
FAQs
Do you work on all types of site?
No, I don’t work on sites that come under the three P headings they are:
- Porn – We’re not a prudes but we work from home and kids have access to our work areas.
- Pills – no pharma sites
- Pyramids – no multi level marketing sites
What Login Details Will You Need?
We’ll need an admin level login to work on your clients sites.
It’s sometimes useful to have access to FTP or your hosting if we need to fix crashes.
Can You Do Additional Development Work?
We tend not to offer additional development work, that’s still your task.
How Do I Contact You If There Is A Site Problem?
We’ll setup an email from your domain that links to our helpdesk e.g. [email protected], or use the live chat widget on my site.
I’ll send you an invoice after your 30 day trial is up. The every month thereafter.
You can pay that invoice via a secure online form with a credit card via Stripe.
You can setup a recurring payment if you want, but only if you want to.
No this is a month to month agreement, you can cancel at any time.
Who Is The Membership Aimed At
My membership is aimed at solopreneurs or small businesses that run WooCommerce stores.
Your store will have been built and you are taking orders, but you need ongoing support.
You don’t have an in-house developer and therefore need that development support resource.
